I was always a purist when it came to grinding my own, but as long as you go through your coffee in no more than a week and do the usual stuff (buy quality, air tight container, out of sunlight), buying ground coffee is fine. The key is how fast you go through it. If it takes you more than a week, grind your own.

You can change the title of a post? Do you mean the subject? Really confused and still getting used to the new board (though I like it).

It originally said "POLL" and now it says "QUESTION"

SamDBL wrote:zero. It has always tasted like mud out of a drainage pipe to me unless it's about 50% cream and sugar. I also hate plain water. For most of my life, I've drank soda (mostly mountain dew) almost solely for liquid nourishment. I'm amazed I have teeth left. For the last 6 or 7 months months I've been drinking more healthily, but only slightly. Unsweetened tea a lot.

Man, I love water! Especially when I'm really thirsty. I gave up diet soda almost two years ago and switched to seltzer.

What's your water of choice? I like San Pellegrino.

Those Polar Ice seltzers are really good and they have a lot of good flavors. I've been trying to find the lemon ginger one but no luck.
