Bassist and vocalist for Budgie, Burke Shelley has died at the age of 71.
Never a huge fan (I first heard of them via Metallica's cover of this tune), but every time I hear something by them I dig it.

My thoughts exactly; never checked them out beyond the songs Metallica covered on Garage Days and like most folks on this side of the pond I'd imagine, it was my first exposure to their music, but I like what I've heard by them. RIP.
