I'll be listening this afternoon, but I do not have high hopes based on what I've heard so far. I think Neil has taken the whole "first take, best take" vibe a little too far.

His last excellent record was PSYCHEDELIC PILL from 2012. None of the studio albums since then have been worth more than a cursory listen. It's a shame as he managed to play some excellent shows with a new, younger band for awhile there (Promise of the Real). But it may be time to put the Horse out of its misery.

Reminds me of the last Iron Maiden concert I saw. Singer kept using guitar solo breaks sneak back and huff off a big oxygen tank concealed in the drum riser.

We're all getting older: Can't blame him.

Maybe this concert was in Denver or somewhere the air is thin.

In fairness, the way Bruce Dickinson runs around would make most 30 year olds need an oxygen tank. NY needs it just to stand up.

Yes, that is the claim. He doesn't understand that he's on stage and not in a WWII fighter plane or whatever.

Iron Maiden are still great, Bruce Dickinson rules, the new album SENJUTSU is a total ripper and Paul DiAnno was awesome for two albums. I’ll take the Bruce years any day
