I had Taco Bell today for lunch.

This intermittent fasting diet sucks. During the 8 hours when you CAN eat, you triple your intake because you're starving.

I like Miso soup, but rarely order it at restaurants because it's often made with fish stock, which I cannot eat. I should probably try making it at home again when the weather here gets colder. Done right it's good stuff.

Miso paste can also be used to make a very delicious dressing for salads and a sauce for your choice of protein.

I don't make beer, but I make all sorts of other fermented, non alcoholic beverages and food. COVID hobby. I now have multiple jars of fermented stuff going at all times.
