Glad I contacted Chris a short time before the action kicked off to discover he'd only have 10/75 watches on his site so I focussed my internet power on the Vannen site. Ummed and awwed over hand colours and then just went for pink. Didn't originally appreciate that Chris had hand-drawn all the faces until I looked more closely at the posted photo and then read the small print on the site. Super awesome!

Ha-ha, yeah, I liked the look of silver but with the lowest stock count I wasn't even gonna try for that one knowing it would also be popular due to the increased rarity. Figured black would also be popular but I liked the contrast of the pink on black and white. And I'm pretty secure in my masculinity, ha-ha.

Yep I hand drew every single one of these and I also colored I think 11 of the sleeves as well. All sleeves are signed and each watch is unique. This was a labor of love and I'm really pleased David kept the price pretty low considering how labor intensive these were. Glad you guys scored. I feel good about this piece. Now we need to discuss an ALL watch!

Now that it is sold out. How bout some pics?

If you do an ALL watch, hopefully the first batch is plentiful like it was for the first Descendents watch.

No clue how to post pictures on here actually.

I'd like to have more ALL watches. These were super limited due to the nature of how they were made. I can't imagine doing that again.

Look ruprecht77, you asked for an explanation regarding a thread about the Descendents and All having 13,000 plus comments or posts. I explained to you that it doesn't have 13,000 posts. It has 13,000 views. It has 500 something posts. It appears you still haven't figured that out. So to answer your question, yes, you are wrong.

Enjoy your day.

Not to begrudge anyone buying (or selling) anything they want, but it would be nice if these guys put some time into making new...um, music. You know, in addition to all the merch.

i havent liked much from either descendents or all since scott reynolds left. the new descendents is too watered down or something for me. never liked chad prices voice. get them back together with reynolds and i would be all over it.

Scannest maybe you haven't heard that the band is in the process of working on a new album. It is true, and all members have been hard at work writing new material. Trust me, the band would like nothing more than to be cranking out more music than merch, but it's far easier for me to draw a shirt and get it printed than it is for the 4 of them to demo some tunes, and get into the studio to actually record it. Having said that, this year Bill has freed up his work to allow him to do just that. Hopefully the new DESCENDENTS album will be done by the fall or winter of this year. What I want more than anything is new music, but I'll enjoy merch for what it's worth.

If all the merch and the festival appearances help fund the band's ability to take time away from their regular gigs to make a new record then I'm all for any merch they might wanna churn out.

I once held a similar opinion to you neutral knieval wrt Chad's voice, but you should really revisit some of the earlier ALL albums with him singing. Coming back after a somewhat Chad-induced hiatus to the greatest hits comp, listening to Million Bucks, Original Me and Breakin Up made me reALLvaluate my opinion of the Chad era and those are now some of my favourite songs. Regret having never seen ChadALL live, but who knows, I guess it could still happen. Maybe.

Knowing that Sharpies are permanent, did you mess any up and have to throw them away? You churned out 75, but did they send you a lot more watch faces just in case? As for consistency I assumed these days you could probably draw the Milo head blindfolded.

Posted on it's own thread, but I'd love to go to see the DENTS at the IT"S NOT DEAD fest, but again, it's in the middle of nowhere and I could imagine too many suburb kids from some of the bands that are too high up on the bill.

Chris, you making this gig?

Wretch I will be going. In fact I will have more of an artist presence at this fest as well. It sounds like it's gonna be pretty neat. Details to follow. Officially the show has not been announced, but this leaked image gave everyone the green light to share (myself included), so it's worth mentioning that this is not a 100% confirmed announcement, and so bands or thing may change. Officially an announcement will be coming soon. Either way, I'm there.

Recently there was mention of Goodbye Harry on this thread.
I have Food Stamp B-BQ on CD and I can kick my lazy ass to upload it if anyone is interested.

The other thing what I wanted to write here is about Percolater album.
What you dags think of this album?
This was the first ALL album that I´ve heard so I guess I have a weak spot for the album, but to me, it´s great ALL material.
It´s not my favorite ALL album but it´s pretty close.
This was the last album with my favorite ALL singer, I always wondered in what direction would they go if Scott stayed in ALL.
Also, Can´t Say from the Dot single (from the same Percolater session) is one of my favorite ALL songs.

I would love the Goodbye Harry mp3s!

Saw Scott play live on Friday and it was great, as always. Pretty sure I'm seeing him again tomorrow as well.

He did MO 63 from Percolater (and he did Dot too)

So much this; I still can't understand why it was a B-side on an EP and not another single like "Dot." Percolator would've been a better album had they included it.

So much, this.

Take off "Hotplate" and pop on "Can't Say".

That´s what I think too!
The same goes for Crazy, it would be much better if that song is on Allroy´s Revenge instead of Hot Road Lincoln.
