I went big, my friend. I got the one with the tape player just cause like....what an interesting piece of merch. I don't have a working cassette player either so I'll bring this to my work desk at home and play the few tapes I have.

There was one with a tape player? I didn’t even see that. It must’ve already been gone by the time I hit the page. I ended up ordering just the single from Amazon. It’ll be interesting to see if my order actually gets filled, or if this is the MBV reissues all over again.

Yeah it's a tape player with no headphone jack or anything. Just a little novelty that has some R.E.M. design on it. I figure I have a couple tapes like the ones that came with the Mats box sets that I'll use to play. My receiver has a tape deck but for some reason it doesn't work.
