I think it's pretty lackluster except for, like, 4 or 5 bands. I'm always a little shocked at the billing order. Is this to imply that Lunachicks and Municipal Waste are bigger deals than The English Beat? Happy to see ALL on a bill by themselves instead of as Descendents bonus add-on thing. Also nice to see them in the bigger print just a few slots under the headliner.

Field Day, Bishops Green, and Municipal Waste are the only bands on that list I have not already seen that I would want to see...maybe Seized Up too.

It's unfortunate that there will not be many people there when Field Day are playing. Most people don't bother showing up until the last 5-6 bands play.

1st day, I'd only have an interest in seeing ALL again (doesn't matter which singer). 2nd day is stronger. I wouldn't mind seeing Circle Jerks, Gorilla Biscuits, Youth Brigade, and Field Day. 3rd day I'd only really want to see Devo, Lunachicks, and English Beat.

Of these, I've never seen GB, Field Day, Lunachicks, and English Beat. Sam, I think the reason they're billed so low is that it's the Dave Wakeling version. A reunion of the original band is impossible now that Ranking Roger has passed. Plus Lunachicks just reunited last year, but I think if it was, it would be billed higher.

Wakeling also lives in CA and it is easy for him to get to Vegas. I saw his version at PRB years ago and they were great!

For those going to see Mickey, if it is anything like his trip to Riot Fest in Chicago, you will see him for a few minutes before he disappears into the pit never to be seen again.

The festival is in Old Vegas so if you can get a free hotel room there then its a big deal. If you have to go from the Strip to the event area, maybe not so much.
