Doubt it. Didn’t work on Trump, and I have a co-worker who lost both parents to COVID and had it herself who still parrots Fox News conspiracy shit.

April 16, 1980 - Saw The Romantics open for Terrible Ted. Crazy billing at the time, but great for me because I was a fan of both. I think it was just before Scream Dream came out. Again, front row center, standing. It was Terrible Ted in his loin cloth, swinging thru the air and his 5 guitar army. Insanely loud and spectacular. I've seen Ted a couple times, he's a piece of work, but I love me some Stranglehold.

I saw him live once. He opened for Kiss on the 1997 'reunion tour' at Madison Square Garden. I also had 'Scream Dream' on 8 track Tape and Double Live Gonzo circa 1980 and was sorta looking forward to seeing him and his band. I was somewhat impressed that he didn't part take in alcohol and drugs in an industry where it was almost par for the course.

And then on the night of the show, he opened his mouth on stage and his in between song banter let everyone know what a low life, pants shitting, draft dodging, pedophile, homophobic coward he really was. He didn't have the balls to serve in the military, but he's awfully tough sounding publicly threatening to shoot politicians with his 'machine gun'. He lives up to the legend of being a true piece of dogshit.

I've seen Derek St Holmes a few times at Juke Joint Fest playing at Ground Zero Blues Club. He is not very good.
