They formed in Manhattan Beach, CA and were around from 81-83 or so. They featured Doug on vocals, Fletcher Dragge on guitar, John Allds on bass and Hank Jacobson on drums during their first run. They recorded a smokin' demo, which you can probably find on YouTube. They had an SOA-type sound and played at the Cathay de Grande at least once (maybe with a different singer) and maybe had some other gigs and some parties. After Doug left, a guy named Robby took over on vox, and I'm not sure if they recorded anything with him. I'm pretty sure my timeline and members' list is right because it seemed like there was a rotating cast of members at times. Before Con, Hank and John were in the Alter Boys, which featured a killer young guitarist whose name I can't recall and a host of different singers, one of whom was my brother for a bit. That is all I remember at this juncture of my punk-rock story time.
