I think "like a bunch' more than 'love', but his recent antics have really been problematic for me so I'd say Morrissey and The Smiths. I'm pretty sure he is assburgers but still, he should just know better.
I know he has a mental health issues also, but H.R. I guess.
I guess the same for Ryan Adams also, but again, I haven't really heard much of his stuff, but I do like what I have heard.
Fat Mike seems to go overboard also and can be super cringe, but again I don't love NoFX but I do really like a few of their LPs.
Danzig seems to have flirted with cringe stuff also (mesh shirts etc), but that was more in Danzig and not Misfits.

I've heard terrible stories about musicians I really dig so I try to just focus on the music. Racism is pretty much the line I draw in the sand for an artist I like.

How did I forget about Morrissey? He wasn’t as “out” as a douche in the Smiths and early solo days, when I really loved his work, but he’s sure knocking it out of the douche park these days.

In the days of the Smiths he was an outspoken socialist. They played some of the Red Wedge shows. He may have been a melodramatic narcissist, but his politics were solid. I don't know or care what happened. I still love my idea of the Smiths, and the memories, but I find it hard to listen to their music. I certainly won't buy anything he does now.

I know this question is not for me, but the term "incel" comes to mind IMO. I'm sure there are large numbers of dateless dudes that actively hate the female gender.

I actually read his autobiography recently (it was in the bargain books), and I must say, I understand him a little better now. While I still believe he’s kind of a douche, I now think he’s a douche with good intentions, at least.

I can't believe this guy hasn't been mentioned yet. Maybe he is a nice guy, I don't know. I just think he brings nothing to the band that already has 2 killer guitarists. Just so unnecessary to their sound. All you have to do is watch any clip online for 5 minutes and you will have your answer:
