Bleu Ocean (70’s show promoter)

Any of you DC dwellers know the show promoter who went by the name Bleu Ocean? He was primarily working in the late 70’s.

He brought a lot of DC bands up to clubs in New Jersey and New York.

One of the best bands he brought up here was Bolt if anyone knows them as well?
