At White Eagle Hall the other night, they actually ran out of beer on tap. I don't think I'd ever experienced that before, ever, but anyway I got a 902 brewing can. I don't remember what type it was (it was either the pale ale or a more hoppy Octoberfest type brew), but I remember liking it.

Yea, it’s Thursday but I have a three day weekend starting......now. The last two weeks which is my busy time of year had all of our events and dinners canceled. My NYE plans are canceled. Me & the wife were exposed to to a Covid super-spreader event on Xmas so we aren’t seeing anyone.

So now my wife and I will have to drink a bottle of bourbon with cherry lemon syrup (and a splash of Coke) all by ourselves while watching Pete Davidson and Miley Cyrus ring in the new year.

Enjoy! We just got back from an OC/LA family trip and the water was too cold to go swimming for any extended period of time, but I still managed to do some bike riding in Newport and I dipped my toes in the Pacific for a bit. Now we are quarantining for a bit just to be on the safe side.
