I saw Helmet at World Cafe Live the night after Election night in 2016. It definitely helped to get some of that aggression and frustration out, though honestly Local H stole the show. I'm still glad I saw them, though. I've never seen Prong. I love Beg to Differ, but don't know anything after that.

Only time I saw Helmet was at Maxwell's with Jawbox opening. I had to sit on top of one of the PA cabinets. It was an insanely loud, crazy show.
