Even before I was vegan - I was super into Silk Nog. Can't wait to get a carton ASAP

We have some of this stuff in the fridge now, but I've yet to try it. I LOVE their Pumpkin Spice Latte (call me "basic," I dare you), so I'm looking forward to trying it.

Alton Brown recommends making you nog base something like 6 months in advance - stick it in the back of the fridge in June and add booze and enjoy come December.
And it's one of the few food 'hacks' of his I have zero interest in trying.
