Peter Case tour/reissue

I know there may be a few fans here of The Plimsouls and The Nerves, I dig his solo stuff too.

The first album on Geffen has been reissued by Omnivore Recordings:

To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the record, he is touring:

He's playing literally 5 minutes from my house on the 30th. Has anyone seen him solo before? I'm only familiar with his Plimsouls stuff, which I love. How does his solo acoustic material stack up? Is it worth checking out his solo/acoustic show as a Plimsouls fan, or does he tend to disregard all that stuff?

Jaybird-I have seen him twice solo, and it's not really any healthy portions of Plimsouls stuff unfortunately. If you are not a fan of his solo stuff then you will have to mull it over.
