Sure, it's stupid but it's not quite "Going back to Queens" stupid.
And when exactly did they start this PITCHFORK NY brand? Unless it was 15 years ago, seems a little...short-sighted:

You can debate the musical merits of NYHC (and I kinda dig this tune -- esp. the backing track that Doug Carrion may or may not have had something to do with) but one thing the New York guys understand is that straight performance videos are boring as shit. I wanna see women, tattooed dudes, pitbulls, women in skimpy outfits, and semi-nice automobiles. This rules.

I like that you list "women" and "women in skimpy outfits" seperately. That's some HC shit right there.

I actually forced myself to listen to it all. I thought it was odd there was a whole verse of nods to Rancid. I wonder if Tim Armstrong was some how connected to this? While I love Tim's songs and creative output, he has/does align himself with some massive shit-cheese, so it wouldn't surprise me (and the song is reggae-rap).
I had to wikipedia this dude to figure out who he was/is, it made since when I saw he was in Skarhead.
Obviously it went over like a shit-sandwhich, so at least the people who he thought were going to buy/support this weren't as stupid as he thought.

I think "Going back to queens" at least was amusing. Also Mob played shows with Minor Threat.

Wow, way to bury the lede! That video is sooooo much stupider than the first one in so many ways, not least of which is that each vocalist gets an on-screen credit when they start. I'm surpriseD the one for Tim doesn't read "TIM ARMSTRONG (OF RANCID, THE TRANSPLANTS AND OP IVY MUTHAFUCKAS!!!!"

Danny is a super nice guy and actually one of the funniest people I have ever met.
I don't love the rap so much, but he has always been fun to talk to so he gets my A+
Pitchfork has been around for a long time... maybe 02? Warren who runs it is another one of my favorite people.
Super friendly guy and he is SLAYER's guitar Tech.

About as convincingly fearsome and menacing as the 'lead character' this video:
