It's a good album but probably wouldn't make my top lists of anything. I think BT in general are kinda underrated though. I would say their best album is probably Let Me Come Over, though I've not heard the entire catalog.

If it's better than Bo Burnham, then I gotta check it out. Seriously, is it more like the Flesh Eaters album from a few years back or late '80s DH stuff? Or neither?

I may have overplayed Bo Burnham cause I put it on for just about everyone I know the last few weeks. LOL
This album is the perfect representation of who these 60ish rockers are now. It's def a Divine Horsemen album. Chris D. is in his roots-mode and Julie sounds as good as she ever did. Adding DJ Bonebrake on drums helps too. Like Flesh Eaters they redo a couple of old tunes.

Bonebrake on drums makes it sound a bit more like A Minute to Pray... or I Used to be Pretty. I'll stream it as soon as I can. I never got into DH tbh; had one of the records, I think (Time Stand Still?).

Looked at the track listing out of curiousity. Is "L.A. Girl" an Adolescents cover?
