They posted the schedule on facebook several weeks ago. As for food, I am not sure about what to expect in NJ. In Vegas, they have plenty of different options for food and for the most part the lines were not very long.

Rule #1: I will be scouting out the people to portajohn ratio when I get there. I don't want to drink so many beers that I am standing in line at the portajohn and missing a band play.
Rule #2: Buy merch early as it will get sold out.
Rule #3: Determine what you want to eat early and decide which band you are skipping so you can eat.
Rule #4: Find the place with the shortest beer line that has quick access to a good place to stand to watch the shows.
Rule #5: Hit the record shops in Asbury Park on Friday afternoon.
