matt - I've experienced this same problem. It's intermittent. It's a real pain, because you have to retype your post. I've also had this happen once when sending you a PM.

Hey, thanks for putting your time into getting this set up. Is there anyway to remove the info below the title of the post? Kinda petty, but it's hard to scan down the left side with the post title and person/time posted being on same side, kinda jumbles all together. Could it go on the right instead of who posted last? I know that I don't really care who posted last, but that is just me. Again, thanks. By chance, do you like bumblebees?

I've found a working solution , at least for me, and I verified it:
after the log in, flag the box beside: Log me on automatically each visit
doing this solve the problem with the log in request when already logged
