Young awkward looking rock band sounds like Figgs, which is a good thing (to me). Agree?

Which one? They've recorded 2 live albums with Graham Parker (The Last Rock and Roll Tour and 103 Degrees in June; oh and there was the official bootleg Live Cuts from Somewhere, too) and have backed him up on various tours over the years, but they only recorded one studio album with him (Songs of No Consequence). I think it's easily his best record of the 2000s.

Midnight Reruns have a new record out called SPECTATOR SPORTS and it is prolly the best thing I've heard so far this year.

The Figgs are a good comparison. Tenement minus the weirdo tendencies is another one.

Yo, thanks for the head's up! I just grabbed it and rocking out.

You might have already heard of them, but I kinda lump them in with Hard Girls, in terms of mid-tempo rock-n-punk-roll.
