Watch Heathers and Pump Up The Volume back to back. Their the same movie--done once as a comedy and once as a drama.
and i cried
aloud to heaven
and i knelt
on all six legs
and vowed a vow
of vengeance

I miss Tuh. What ever happened to that guy after he got married? Is he hanging with Waikiki Ted?

HEATHERS shall always be brilliant. I completely disagree that PUMP UP THE VOLUME is the same movie in any way. Slater was incredible in one & simply boring in the other. Never believed his character in PUTV. There definitely was something about him in Heathers - he was channeling both Jack Nicolson and Peter Falk as Columbo (the latter because he was boning the actor's daughter before the movie and Winona by the time the filming ended).

KUFFS was one of the worst movies ever made. By this point, Christian's "Jack-act" had become painfully tiresome. And he wasn't cute anymore.

I wish I'd gone to Westerberg High.

MXV has a podcast that says if old movies still have legs and he said this one did - so I knew it was still good.

Both are long-time favorites of mine, but I can't say I agree.
