Th' Downer Boys- Hot Mistake 7" This features most of the line up from "Werkin Men" but includes Shawn Brown on lead vocals. Shawn was the original singer in Dag Nasty and then was a founding member of Swiz. Currently he has teamed up again with Jason Farrell in a new project called Red Hare.

kind of later era black flag noisy hc mixed with late 80s dc influence and even kind of birthday party sounding bass and drums. dischord is selling the og 7 inch on their site and so is eye95, who put out the record along with the void demo back in 1995 or so. cool ep, but not essential. if i still have the emps i will post them. i found a link but it was dead.

ok i was way off the BDP rhythm section comparison. it's more like sloppy hc than anything else. i hadn't listened to it in a long time. i will post the emps when i get less lazy.

I actually tried to buy the 7" from the Eye95 website last night, but it got weird when it connected to PayPal, and I got spooked.
