If they ever make the movie Blue Mountain State based on the Spike TV Show from a few years back, it has potential to be the best sports movie ever.

Big Wednesday is a great movie (surfing).
Any Given Sunday is great in that any-time-I-stumble-upon-it-switching-channels-I-have-to-watch-it-until-the-end sort of way (football).

And Caddyshack is a golf movie like Airplane! is an aviation movie. Tin Cup is a much better golf movie. Not as funny, though.
Slapshot is probably the best movie about professional sports ever.

Agreed re: He Got Game, though I haven't seen it since 1998 when it was out (I saw it in the theater). I haven't seen the others you mentioned, though. But anyway, my answer would have to be Slapshot. So, so funny yet depressing.
