The Story of Milestone

The Story of Milestone

Postby 77clash » Wed Nov 26, 2014 10:25 pm

This may have been covered on the old board, but I forget it if it was. This was not touched upon at all in Filmage which made me curious about the following.

How did Milo get involved with the band?
Why did he leave the band?
How did Matt become lead singer?
Did Matt ever record any material?
Why did the band break up?
Any other interesting information that is worth sharing?

I have always wanted to know this as well. I was glad that TonyALL was discussed in the bonus features. I have to say that is the only ALL album I’ve never heard.

You're not missing anything.

The Milestone "album" is pretty terrible too.

I disagree. I like the Milestone "album," and TonyALL has a couple of good tunes. "Telltale Signs " for one. I can't recall the others at the moment.

While Milestone is not great as Descendents, they have some decent songs.
TonyALL is great in my opinion, especially if you like ALL era with Scott.
Some great tunes like: Son-O-Theme, Telltale Sings, Casual Girl, New Girl, Old Story, Guitar Case (Karl singing)...
Tony is not great vocalist like Scott but even his songs are kind of cool.
