Posted: Fri Oct 24, 2014 11:49 pmI've never drank alcohol or done recreational drugs. But when I had my wisdom teeth out, I was a bit nervous and the doc gave me some Valium to take prior to the operation.
I GIGGLED AND WANDERED AROUND THE WAITING ROOM LIKE A BUMPER CAR, LAUGHING AND OBLIVIOUS TO COORDINATION AND SOCIAL MANNERS! I LOVED WHAT LITTLE I CAN REMEMBER! I COULD HAVE BEEN DOING DRUGS ALL THIS TIME!
So... No. But it was a fun, guilt free day of getting absolutely smashed though.

there was a great bit by Louis CK saying when he got vicodin or a painkiller after an operation he was "like a crackhead with that shit" and hopefully it had a refill, and then it was back to being 45 and being a dad.

i don't know, drinking is pretty awesome, you just have to know your limits and too many people don't. there is also the fine art of getting the good buzz before slipping into total drunken mayhem that most people can't learn.
