Did I ever mention that I had a jean jacket that had a screen print of Uniform Choice on the main panel and then Bad Brains on the upper panel? I rocked it in 1989. People thought it was a gang and since I was living in Germany, some people thought it was a Nazi gang with X's being new swastika. For the life of me, I can't remember whatever the fuck happened to it. I think my mom probably threw it away. What the fuck do you do with a Uniform Choice/Bad Brains jean jacket?

Love how the song "Blood days" has the lyrics "ignite the killing flame" considering Joe D. Foster would go on to play in the bands Ignite, The Killing Flame, and Blood Days.

I loved Screaming for Change when I was a teenager, but I rarely put it on now. It is a good record, despite being very derivative.

I don't think I ever heard the Unity stuff or the UC Demos. I thought the "Staring" album was really bad, though I guess some people like it. Ignite's Call on My Brothers album actually reminds me a lot of UC. They even covered SFC as a hidden bonus track on that CD.
