Queen vs Sparks

Queen vs Sparks

Here's a real dust up!

Who rocks harder?

Who's weirder?

Who's more fey?

One had a lot of hits.... and one just kept going on the thorny path into art/disco boredom
but they started on the same footpath at roughly the same time (1971)...with Brian May about to leave
Queen for the open guitar spot in Sparks...

What if indeed!

Queen is a singles/greatest hits band for me, but I really like some of Sparks' albums (including several of the more recent ones), so I would have to choose them.

Sparks were a lot more rockin' than you probably think they were. Ever heard the Halfnelson stuff or their 1st few studio Lps?
