Painkiller - they just seem to continue to put out great hardcore release after release. They don't disappoint.

SST. Just kidding.

As cliche as it sounds, but I would say Dischord. You can´t like everything they put on, but you must agree that they are one of the most consisted independent record labels ever.

But I would also say from New Jersey - Dead Alive Records from the 2000.´s (later changed the name in Manic Ride Records)
http://www.discogs.com/label/38568-Dead-Alive-Records
http://www.discogs.com/label/68157-Manic-Ride-Records
So many cool hardcore punk records on Dead Alive/Manic Ride: Dead Nation, The Degenerics, Tear It Up, E. T. A, The Rites, The Prowl, Full Speed Ahead, Citizens Arrest reissue... Some other bands on it, I´m not a fan, but I think they were good in what they played and that they made cool records, like: Think I Care, Annihilation Time, R´n´R, Suicide Party, Born Dead Icons...

From the 2000.´s, also Havoc Records.
http://www.discogs.com/label/34582-Havoc-Records
Just look at the bands Havoc released: Tear It Up, Code - 13, DS - 13, Vitamin X, Holding On and so on...

Yeah, they've done a ton of great reissues, and not just strictly punk or Oi! stuff either. I'd wish they'd be a little more conservative with the mastering levels they use on the more recent reissues though.

Dischord was pretty much flawless into the early '90s, which is a pretty good track record.

XClaim put out 100% great record, but that's much easier when you only have six releases.

Grave Mistake is always pretty solid.

Creation had a pretty solid run in the early '90s.

As far as current labels, I'd have to go with Superior Viaduct.

Need to add React! to that list. Such a great label putting out excellent bands that they can fully stand behind.

Skipping the obvious like Dischord, Dangerhouse, early SST and Posh Boy, others I liked and collect(ed) as a whole (at least for some span of time - some I stopped after certain points):

Mystic
Witching-Hour
Placebo
Simple Machines
Amphetamine Reptile (though not their recent stuff because it is prohibitively and insultingly expensive)
Treehouse
Wax Trax
Fountain of Youth
What?

This, especially between 1976 and oh I don't know, 1980 or maybe further into the '80s.
