I totally forgot that they were in Ladies and Gentleman the Fabulous Stains even though I didn't see it until it came out on Netflix maybe 4-5 years ago. But yeah, lots of other bands should've been in Decline or were formed for it. The Gun Club, Urinals and others I can't remember that didn't make it into the movie were filmed for it from what I've read.
