Does anyone have mp3s of Heavy Cream's Danny? I bought the Lp and it had a download code, but mine is missing.

I've never used it and definitely don't plan on starting now. Thanks anyway, though. If only lewdd had migrated over here already, he'd have the mp3s in a few minutes.

I don't know why I hesitated as I just sent them a message on FB.

it was on there, i did a quick check. i would highly recommend slsk, esp now that most blogs have dead links and torrents tend to be a band's whole output. it was dead for a few years but it has picked right back up to where it was in 2005.

This sounds dumb but how does one "get" Soulseek? Do you download stuff as a zip file? I use a Mac. Not sure if that makes a diff.

Same question here. If it's not a torrent site or an mp3 blog (I know it existed well before most of them as I've heard about it for a decade or more), how does it work? Is it straight up P2P like the Napster/Audiogalaxy days?

I seem to recall hearing Soulseek is not available for Mac users. I too am "all Apple", so every time I see great stuff being mentioned on here and people say they got it on Soulseek I get a little bummed. Thankfully most things can be found with a little effort and patience, but if I'm wrong about the Mac compatibility issue then I'm happy to stand corrected.

The mac version is called soulseex. I've been using it since I first got a mac four years ago.

BUMP!

Does anyone have mp3s of Weston's 1st 2 7"s? I'm particularly looking for Thursdaytown 1981, which was their 1st release. I used to have it, but haven't heard it in eons. Thanks in advance!
